Below are our Terms and Conditions 

Please review before booking. 

  • We are Insured and BBB acredited. 

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a portion of your cleaning let us know within 24 hours of your scheduled service and our crew will gladly offer a cleaning of that portion at no charge to you. We must be allowed to come back within 48 business hours from original cleaning. 

  • Referral discount: Refer us to someone and receive $20 off your next cleaning!

  • For our own safety we are not allowed to carry or move around heavy furniture such as couches, beds, etc. We will try our very best and clean around and underneath heavier items. Moving heavy furniture around can also damage and scratch the floors.

  • Please make your house accessible to us. You can provide us a garage code, house key or make sure someone is present at the home to let us in.  

  • Please turn off alarm systems upon our arrival. Please make it aware to us if you'd like for us to send you a message once we are done and out of the house so you can set your alarm off your phone. 

  • Cancellation fee: We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule. We require at least a 24 hour notice or a $50 fee will be charged. Please understand that a timely notice enables us to schedule another client to ensure our employees full work schedules. 

  • Everyone's time is valuable. To respect your time, our other clients time and our own time we are very punctual with all our appointments. If for some reason we are running late I will communicate with you regarding our arrival time.

  • Pictures: We take before and after pictures/videos of our work for training, proof of performance, and social media. If you do not want pictures taken in your home please notify us. We do not take pictures of outside your home showing the location. We do not take pictures of your family nor do we take pictures in the home office or other areas that include personal or private information.

  •  We are a judge free business. We are here to help you not judge your home! Please don't be sorry for a dirty house. 

  • Holidays: We do not work Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas day , New Years Eve, and New Years day. If your service lands on that day we will notify you 2-3 weeks in advance and reschedule your service within the following days of your initial scheduled cleaning. 

  • Any inappropriate/disrespectful behavior made towards cleaning team will not be tolerated and will result in no further bookings. 

  • Payment is due the day of the service via cash, check, or Venmo. 

  • Please notify us of any (already) damaged or fragile items in your home. We are trained to be very careful with your items and though it is rare, accidents can happen which is why we are insured. In case of an accident it is our responsibility to notify you that same day. 

  • The estimate ($) given is valid for up to 25 days from initial estimate appointment. If you decide to schedule after that we will have to re-quote your home again. 

  • We are a smoke free/alcohol free team. 

  • We love all our furry friends! We are all animal lovers, we just kindly ask you to put away any aggressive pets to ensure our teams safety.
